1. Our Return Philosophy

We understand that sometimes a product doesn’t meet your expectations – like receiving clicky switches when you wanted linears. That’s why we offer a 15-day return window from delivery date, giving you time to test your gear as thoroughly as we test our Keychron Q series before shipping.

Keyboard Enthusiast Note: All returned items must be in original condition – think “like-new keycap shine” rather than “heavily used ABS texture.”

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some components are final sale, similar to limited edition group buys:

  • Broken-in Switches (hygiene reasons)
  • Opened keycap sets (must remain sealed like our inventory of HIBI JUNE R2)
  • Customized keyboard kits (equivalent to desoldered PCBs)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked like limited edition drops)

3. The Return Process (Hot-Swappable Edition)

Our 3-step return process is simpler than assembling a 60% kit:

Step 1: Initiate Request

  • Product name (e.g., “Geon F1-8X V2”)
  • Reason for return (helps us improve like firmware updates)
  • Photos if damaged (think “PCB flex test” documentation)

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our human team (no bots here) will respond within 24 business hours with:

  • Return authorization number (your RMA “keycap”)
  • Shipping instructions (pack securely like we ship our Geon F1-8X V2)
  • Prepaid label if applicable (for defective items)

4. Refund Process (The Lubed Stabilizer Edition)

Once received, we’ll inspect items with the same care we give PCB components:

  • Timeline: 5-10 business days after processing (bank processing varies)
  • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable (like the effort in tuning stabilizers)

Prefer an exchange? We’ll handle it with the precision of a switch puller:

  3. We’ll ship once original item is received

For customers outside the US (excluding restricted regions):
